TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  • All class fees must be prepaid at the start of each month by bacs payment.

 

  • Any late fees still outstanding at the end of the term will incur a late payment charge.

 

  • Notice period of one month is required if a student decides to cancel their dance classes and payment for the notice period will still be due.

 

  • Any monies paid for costumes or exams in advance cannot be refunded if you choose to withdraw your child from the event and/or classes.

 

  • If Illusions Dance Academy have to cancel any classes we will endeavour to hold make up classes for the cancelled classes. If there is no make up classes offered then the class fee will be taken off the following months fees.

 

  • Any uniform purchased from Illusions Dance Academy must be in the original packaging for it to be exchanged or returned.

 

  • Full uniform and correct footwear should be worn at all classes.
